In a significant step forward for Wa’kaya’s mission in Angola, Yoav Ben-Eli, member of our Board of Directors, recently met with the Governor of Malanje Province. This meeting marked an important milestone in fostering collaboration and strengthening ties between Wa’kaya and local leadership, as we work together to address key challenges and opportunities in the region.
The meeting, held in the provincial capital, highlighted a shared commitment to sustainable development, community empowerment, and environmental conservation. Yoav Ben-Eli shared Wa’kaya’s vision of holistic, community-led initiatives that address pressing issues such as conservation, education, and sustainable livelihoods.
