She brings over 30 years of international experience in the conservation, development and public health sectors, having worked for some of the world’s largest conservation and development organisations as well as consulting with small, grassroots groups, mainly in Africa.
With a specialty in community engagement, organisational development and communications and advocacy, she is never happier than when facilitating, mentoring and building up groups and teams.
She is a published author and has an MA in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development, bringing this learning to the ground as Wakaya starts up partnering with communities and stakeholders.
