Eco-Storytime for Kids
Mark your calendars for February 12, 2025, and join us in Malanje, Angola, for a magical storytelling event designed to educate and inspire the next generation about the importance of conservation. Eco-Storytime for Kids will be held in schools and community centers, featuring captivating environmental tales like Trees for Life, authored by Wa’kaya’s founder, Tania Paschen.
Through the adventures of characters like Oscar and Isabel, children will explore themes of environmental stewardship, the value of trees, and the role they can play in protecting nature. These stories, filled with vibrant illustrations and meaningful lessons, aim to nurture a love for the environment in young hearts.
Beyond storytelling, the sessions will include interactive elements such as quizzes, exercises, and even opportunities for children to act out the tales as a play, bringing the stories to life for their families and communities.
