Holding a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences from Tel Aviv University, Yoav’s unique background informs his holistic approach to business and community development.

In 2000, he founded ESI Group – Engineering Services International, establishing a significant operational footprint in Angola.

His decades of leadership and local knowledge in the region provide a robust foundation for Wa’kaya’s mission.

Yoav currently serves as the CEO of Crown Energy AB.
